The admin portal
The portal at dev.quarantine.latasys.app/app is where you configure the tenant, manage the subscription, and watch the add-in roll out across your users.
What's in the portal
- Overview — current tenant status, license seat counter, and an alert banner if anything needs your attention (drift, payment overdue, trial expiring).
- Deployment — the setup pipeline: connect tenant → activate setup app → grant permissions → sideload the add-in. Drives the green-tick journey.
- Billing — plan tier, edition (Viewer vs Viewer & Release), seat count, payment method, invoices, plan-change requests.
- Settings — tenant-level toggles (release mode, custom branding when on Business+).
Who can sign in
Anyone on your tenant who holds an admin role recognised by the portal can sign in. The product treats the first admin who lands on /app/welcome as the bootstrapping tenant admin.
End users without admin privileges don't sign in to the portal — they use the Outlook add-in instead.
